SIGNS OF LIFE: Ever since Joseph Pitruzzelli and Tyler Wilson introduced themselves around Downtown as the purveyors of exotic grilled sausages, locals have been anxiously waiting for Wurstküche to open the doors. On Monday, the Wurstküch sign was installed on the aged brick wall over newly painted doors located off Traction Ave, marking the take-out section that will be the first phase of the planned 3,000 square foot café /bar/lounge. First slated for summer opening, Pitruzzelli reports late September is the new start-up date.
