Eagle State - An Ad-Hoc committee from the City of Fairview recently gave Downtown Los Angeles residents a daytime tour of a heavily filmed cul-de-sac to show support for those who gone on the record documenting scheduling conflicts with filming base camps.
The one hour tour, sponsored by the "Committee For Special Filming Conditions on Wisteria Lane" was presented by committee member Lynette Scavo. "We gave up the idea of a peaceful residence years ago, and the constant hum of trucks have forced tensions that have all the families on the cusp of divorce, and neighbors behaving badly toward each other," Scavo said with resignation over a microphone while riding on reconditioned trams provided by an undisclosed corporate donor. "We found some peace when the neighborhood followed the advice of an opinion column that appeared in our local paper, Fairview News. Now we just watch the invasion while enjoying a delightful champagne brunch."
