Update Film Site: There's been a visual confirmation that this "Circuitronics" store in Little Tokyo is for a film called John Hancock starring Will Smith. The storyline is about a superhero (Smith) who falls out of public grace begins a relationship with a married woman (Charlize Theron). The story is not based near L.A.'s City Hall.
