Market Watch: While that other market was getting ready, the City Hall Farmer's Market also had opening day fans. Vendors were busy and City Hall's south lawn had a "town square just off Main St" feel as residents and goverment working-types ate and shopped in the shade The City Hall Farmer's market will be held every Thursday from 10am to 2pm. Added observation but I don't know what it means. KABC and KCBS were interviewing Ralphs staff while the City Hall Farmers Market had KPCC radio.

That is like the cutest picture evar.

I was kind of sad when I realized it wouldn't be in Little Tokyo anymore but actually, the grassy lawn and the trees were a much nicer location, no matter how much I love Weller Court.
Grass > concrete any day of the week, dude.

Wasn't the Weller Court location held on Saturdays? I work Thursdays 10-2 (like most people), and won't be able to make it. Bummer. I live one block away.

It moved to Tuesdays on Oct 3. It was moved because hardly anyone showed up on Saturdays.

LA Bus Girl: The trees are what make it the most unique spot in L.A.
