It feels neglected, ignored and left behind. It doesn't have what 88 other cities in L.A. County have – cityhood. East Los Angeles is the incorporated area with a rich history, culture and politics. Some say that it's time for it to stand on its own two city feet. But as Hena Cuevas tells us, there's more to cityhood than a city hall.
